Job descriptionExpertise in accounting, taxation, and ERP systems (JDE / Tally) Strong stakeholder management and leadership capabilities 10+ years of experience in Accounting and / or Financial Management. Experience in IT Captives / GCCs with multi-entity & multi-currency operations. Experience into Taxation and Auditing Experience in transfer pricing, consolidation, and global reporting. Exposure to project finance and cost optimization initiatives. Duties and Responsibilities Drive financial strategy, planning, and analysis aligned with global business objectives. Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes. Partner with business leaders to support decision-making through financial insights. Ensure compliance with SEZ regulations (SERF, Softex, MPR, APR, DTA, DSPF). Oversee statutory, tax, and internal audits; ensure timely and accurate filings. Manage GST, TDS, Advance Tax, and other direct / indirect tax obligations. Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting to global headquarters. Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial statements under IFRS and local GAAP. Drive process improvements in month-end close, reconciliations, and intercompany transactions. Oversee payroll, vendor payments, and treasury operations. Implement and monitor internal controls and risk management frameworks. Lead finance automation and ERP optimization (JDE, SAP, Oracle, etc.). Build and mentor a high-performing finance team. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, Legal, and IT. Liaise with external auditors, consultants, and regulatory bodies. Accounting and / or Financial Management. Taxation Auditing ERP System - JDE / Tally Strong MS Office skills Exposure in IFRS. Transfer Pricing.

CTC - UPTO 30L
We’re looking for a Chartered Accountant with 10+ years of experience in financial management, taxation, auditing, and global reporting—ideally within IT captives or GCCs.
This strategic leadership role will involve :
- Driving financial planning and compliance with SEZ regulations
- Managing reporting under IFRS and local GAAP
- Leading ERP optimization and operational excellence initiatives
- Building and mentoring a high-performing finance team
