Student Counselor

The Student Counselor will be responsible for guiding students through the process of choosing appropriate study destinations, courses, and institutions abroad. The role involves handling inquiries, conducting counseling sessions, maintaining student records, and ensuring a smooth application and admission process.

Key Responsibilities :

• Counsel students regarding study options in New Zealand, Europe, and other destinations .
• Evaluate students’ academic background, financial capabilities, and career goals to recommend suitable programs and institutions.
• Assist students in preparing and submitting admission applications, visa documentation, and other required materials.
• Maintain regular communication with students, parents, and educational institutions.
• Stay updated on international education systems, admission timelines, and visa regulations.
• Conduct presentations, webinars, and info sessions for potential applicants.
• Maintain records and reports in CRM and ensure timely follow-up of leads.
• Collaborate with marketing and business development teams for student recruitment activities.
• Ensure all counseling activities adhere to company standards and compliance guidelines.
