Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for the Head of Finance and Accounting located in Mumbai. The Head of Finance and Accounting will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations, preparing financial statements, financial reporting, budgeting, and analyzing financial data. The daily tasks include managing financial risks, developing and implementing financial policies, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and supporting strategic financial planning.

• Expertise in Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
• Strong Finance and Budgeting skills
• Excellent Analytical Skills
• Proven experience in managing financial operations
• Comprehensive understanding of financial regulations and compliance
• Exceptional leadership and team management abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Relevant professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is an advantage
