The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations, handling employee relations, developing and implementing HR policies, and overseeing all HR management functions. The role will involve maintaining a positive working environment and ensuring compliance with company policies and employment laws.Qualifications- HR Management, HR Operations, and Human Resources (HR) skills- Experience in developing and implementing HR Policies- Strong Employee Relations skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams- Proficiency in HR software and tools- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field- Previous experience in an HR Executive role is beneficial
