About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven SEO & Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of improving organic search rankings, managing high-performing paid campaigns across Google and Meta platforms, and delivering measurable business results through data-driven strategies.

This role requires a strong blend of analytical expertise, creative thinking, and strategic execution across all digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to enhance website visibility, search rankings, and organic traffic.
Conduct in-depth keyword research, on-page and off-page optimization, and regular SEO audits to ensure website health and performance.
Plan, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook / Instagram) Ads, and other digital platforms.
Oversee lead generation and performance marketing funnels, focusing on maximizing ROI and conversion rates.
Collaborate with the content, design, and development teams to ensure all marketing initiatives align with SEO and brand objectives.
Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, Tag Manager, SEMrush, and Ahrefs.
Stay informed about the latest trends, tools, and algorithm updates in SEO, SEM, and digital marketing.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

3–5+ years of professional experience in SEO, SEM, and digital marketing campaign management.

Demonstrated success in improving organic rankings and managing paid ad budgets with measurable results.

Proficiency with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and key analytics tools.

Strong understanding of CRO, A / B testing, and data analytics.

Excellent project management, communication, and analytical skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
