Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and analytical Product Manager to own the product lifecycle—from strategy to execution. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and leadership skills to define product vision, prioritize features, and ensure timely delivery. This role requires cross-functional collaboration with engineering, R&D, sales, and marketing to align product strategy with company goals and market needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap to internal stakeholders and customers.
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitive opportunities.
  • Prioritize product features and requirements based on business impact and customer value.
  • Collaborate with engineering and R&D teams to ensure products are developed and delivered on time and within budget.
  • Manage the entire product lifecycle including planning, development, launch, and end-of-life.
  • Develop and maintain product pricing strategy in alignment with market positioning.
  • Work with sales, marketing, and business development teams to design and execute go-to-market plans.
  • Analyze product performance using data-driven metrics to drive continuous improvement.
  • Provide strategic input to enhance usability, customer experience, and product differentiation.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies in machine vision, computer vision, and AI to identify new opportunities.

Requirements

Must-Have Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Computer Science, Electrical, Mechanical, Robotics, or related).
  • 2–8 years of proven experience in product management with successful product launches.
  • Strong technical knowledge of machine vision, computer vision, and AI / ML technologies.
  • Familiarity with machine vision tools, image processing software, and automation platforms.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, set strategic goals, and deliver results.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience working with agile development methodologies.

    • Preferred :

  • Prior experience in industrial automation, machine vision, or manufacturing technologies.
  • Exposure to international markets and customer engagement.
  • Experience in scaling deep-tech products in a fast-paced startup environment.

    • Requirements

  • Pursuing or recently completed B. Tech / Degree in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or related field.
  • Basic understanding of software testing concepts and methodologies.
  • Familiarity with defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Zoho Projects) is a plus.
  • Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a team as well as independently.
