Job Summary

We're seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our team and help amplify our mission. In this role, you'll develop and execute marketing strategies to promote our water solutions, engage target audiences (such as industries, communities, and partners), and drive brand growth. Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement targeted marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels (e.g., social media, email, events) to promote water treatment and sustainability solutions.

Conduct market research to identify customer needs, trends in the water sector, and opportunities for growth.

Create compelling content, including brochures, social media posts, newsletters, and website materials, highlighting our eco-friendly products and services.

Collaborate with sales and operations teams to align marketing efforts with business goals, such as increasing lead generation and client partnerships.

Plan and execute promotional events, webinars, and trade shows to raise awareness about sustainable water management.

Monitor campaign performance using metrics (e.g., ROI, engagement rates) and prepare reports to optimize future strategies.

Maintain relationships with media vendors, influencers, and partners to enhance brand visibility.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

2-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the environmental, sustainability, or B2B services sector.

Strong understanding of digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media platforms, email marketing software).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for storytelling around sustainability themes.

Analytical mindset with experience in campaign tracking and reporting.

Passion for environmental issues and water conservation is a plus!

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
