Senior Visual Content Specialist

We are currently seeking a skilled Visual Designer to collaborate with our team on the creation of engaging visual content for digital learning experiences.

The ideal candidate will have high proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and a passion for visual storytelling. They will be eager to expand their skills into eLearning development using Articulate Storyline 360.

Responsibilities include designing graphics, illustrations, and layouts for eLearning courses, presentations, and other digital media. The designer will also support the visual development of training modules by providing assets such as icons, templates, characters, etc.

Other key responsibilities include collaborating with instructional designers to ensure visuals align with learning goals, learning and contributing to the development of interactive eLearning modules using Articulate Storyline 360, maintaining brand consistency across all visual materials, and participating in brainstorming sessions and creative reviews.

Key qualifications for this role include a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field, proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, a strong portfolio showcasing creative and polished design work, basic understanding of design principles such as color theory, typography, and composition, willingness to learn Articulate Storyline 360 and other eLearning authoring tools, good communication and time management skills, attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
