Supporting Teamcenter end users, responding to tickets, calls, troubleshooting & maintaining end user documentation -Ability to logically analyse and resolve issues. -Installation & Maintenance of Thin Client, Rich Client -Major Version & Patch release upgrade -License Management, System monitoring, Performance tuning -Manage Teamcenter Unified Architecture -Managing Tc UA rules, Message Access Rules, Message groups, Notifications, Valid Value sets, Condition Objects, Location Selection Rules -Admin support for Tc UA reporting & TcRA reporting -Weekly maintenance activities such as Workflows & Lifecycles, Server maintenance -Working with other support functions (DBA, Network Admins, etc.) for resolving system issues
