Job descriptionCandidates with relevant experience of 1-2 years are welcome to apply. Demonstrated track record of developing new opportunities, closing accounts and exceeding sales targets. High energy, passionate and deeply empathetic of the customer. Highly self-motivated with the ability to work fast and smart independently. Excellent communication skills, and good command in English is essential to succeed in this role. Knowledge of the education industry will be an added advantage. Willing to work night shifts from 9 : 00 PM to 6 : 00 AM, six (6) days a week, including weekends and public holidays as scheduled. Flexibility and commitment to the assigned shift schedule is essential.
Responsibilities
- Contact, engage and sell to parents / students our classes and educational products through telesales, instant messaging and other communication tools.
- Pursue the sales opportunities and close the deals effectively.
- Handle enquiries on sales, quotations, and service enquiries promptly.
- Update all activities in Sales Reporting Tool in a timely manner.
- Provide excellent services and delight customers to attract word-of-mouth referrals.
- Attend any marketing events when required.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as required
