Job Summary

The Senior Salesforce Developer will be responsible for leading the design, development, and optimization of Salesforce solutions to support business operations. This role requires a strong technical background in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce integrations. The developer will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-performance, and secure Salesforce applications that align with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce components including Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce pages.
• Lead technical design sessions and translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable Salesforce solutions.
• Maintain and enhance existing Salesforce applications with a focus on performance and best practices.
• Collaborate with architects, administrators, and business stakeholders to deliver impactful features.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation such as data models, architecture diagrams, and integration details.
• Implement and manage system integrations using REST / SOAP APIs and third-party tools.
• Ensure code quality through peer reviews, unit testing, and adherence to coding standards.
• Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering knowledge sharing within the team.
