Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Recruitment : Own and deliver on critical and all-level mandates — including sourcing, assessment, offer negotiation, and closure — while ensuring timely hiring and reduced TAT.
- Recruitment Operations : Supervise day-to-day hiring activities, provide recruiter training on sourcing techniques, and guide the team in mapping the right target markets and companies prior to interviews.
- Team Leadership : Lead, mentor, and manage the Talent Acquisition (TA) team to ensure smooth execution of hiring goals and maintenance of a strong, high-quality talent pipeline.
- Candidate Experience : Enhance the candidate journey from initial engagement to onboarding, ensuring a positive and consistent experience throughout the process.
- Stakeholder : Internal Recruitment team Partner with business leaders and functional heads to understand workforce plans, define hiring priorities, and align recruitment strategies with organizational goals.
- Market Intelligence : Leverage data, analytics, and feedback to track market trends, assess talent availability, and continuously optimize recruitment effectiveness.
- Campus Engagement : Design and execute campus recruitment and employer branding initiatives to attract top talent from leading institutions.
Qualifications & Experience
Graduate in any discipline; a postgraduate degree or HR certification is an added advantage.11 years of proven experience in end-to-end recruitment with clear experience of managing a team of researchers / sources & recruiters.Strong track record in managing niche hiring across multiple functions.Excellent analytical skills and an in-depth understanding of researching talent, sourcing & selectionProficient in recruitment tools (insta, facebook, LinkedIn), ATS systems, and data-driven hiring.Strong communication and negotiation abilities; self-motivated and results-oriented.Please find company website and links below :
