Designation - CBH Key Responsibilities : Lead and supervise a team of [5 15] sales officers mapped to bank branches under the Banca channel. Drive life insurance sales through bank branches by ensuring proper product pitching and sales processes. Regularly visit bank branches to support field team, build rapport with branch staff, and resolve on-ground challenges. Ensure achievement of assigned team targets in terms of premium, policies, and persistency. Monitor performance and daily activity of team members through regular reports and field visits. Train and mentor team on product knowledge, objection handling, and sales techniques. Conduct joint field calls with sales officers to support business acquisition and relationship management. Coordinate with bank branch managers and key stakeholders for seamless execution of sales strategy. Ensure adherence to compliance, regulatory norms (IRDAI guidelines), and internal audit requirements. Submit timely reports (daily / weekly / monthly) to management and highlight market feedback or risks.
