Job Description : AI Model Trainer (Remote, Contract Basis)

Role Overview

We are seeking skilled

AI Model Trainers

proficient in German language to support the development of high-quality AI language models. This is a

remote, contract-based

role involving language tasks, quality checks, content evaluation, and instruction-based responses.

Key Responsibilities

Create, review, and refine AI training data in English and German Language.

Evaluate AI-generated content for accuracy, cultural relevance, and linguistic correctness.

Write high-quality prompts, responses, and guidelines for model training.

Label and improve conversational data.

Ensure consistency, tone, and quality across tasks.

Collaborate with project managers and follow detailed instructions.

Required Skills

Native or near-native proficiency in

German Language.

Strong reading, writing, and comprehension abilities.

Excellent grammar, vocabulary, and contextual understanding.

Ability to analyze, correct, and generate text across multiple topics.

Comfortable working independently in a remote setup.

Good communication and time-management skills.

Nice to Have

Experience in AI training, linguistic work, content writing, translation, or localization.

Familiarity with prompt writing or LLM workflows.
