The Customer Experience Associate will be responsible for ensuring an excellent and consistent experience for all customers by managing inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and maintaining strong communication across departments. This role requires empathy, patience, attention to detail, and a passion for service excellence.
- Greet and assist customers through phone, email, interactions in a professional and friendly manner.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback promptly and effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
- Monitor and track customer satisfaction metrics and escalate recurring issues for process improvement.
- Support customer onboarding, scheduling, and service coordination as required.
- Suggest improvements in processes or services to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
- Ensure all customer communications align with company standards and tone of voice.
