You will utilize your strategic skills to develop and implement process and technology transformation initiatives, providing thought leadership to clients and driving business value. Your expertise will help identify opportunities for growth and influence downstream projects.

Requirements :

Direct experience gained within the continuous manufacturing industry or a consulting firm, with demonstrable subject matter expertise in relevant functions and client base.
Formal project management techniques, such as budgeting, planning, and risk management, are essential.
Skilled in business value-led approaches, helping shape client decision-making.
Action-oriented and willing to take ownership, building relationships with clients at all levels.

Desired Skills :

Work experience and knowledge in product development process areas in continuous manufacturing industry.

In-depth knowledge in manufacturing value chain processes, industry trends, and enabling technologies.

Technical expertise in one or more PLM tools, and hands-on experience in any of the PLM / CAD / Engineering tools.

Responsibilities :

Providing subject matter expertise to front office client engagements.

Advising clients on best-of-breed solutions.

Leading and shaping solution approaches and design.

Ensuring delivery oversight and governance.

Executing large-scale transformational engagements.
