Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Branch Manager responsible for overseeing 15 stores in Central Mumbai. The Branch Manager will be tasked with ensuring operational efficiency, managing store performance, leading a team, and maintaining high customer service standards. This on-site role requires frequent travel between stores and close collaboration with store managers to meet sales targets and improve store performance.

Qualifications

• Preferred from Supermarket Background
• Proven experience in retail management, preferably as a Branch Manager or similar role
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Analytical and problem-solving skills for assessing performance and implementing improvements
• Good understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple store operations effectively
• Proficiency in using retail management software and proficiency in MS Office
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management or a related field is preferred
