Senior Legal Associate (Rs. 15 Lakh + CTC)

Job Description :

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Associate

(with an experience of 5 end to end IPO transactions on the Main Board, this is non-negotiable)

to join our Capital Markets team at our Gurgaon office. The role involves working on a variety of transactions in capital markets including but not limited to IPOs, Rights Issues, QIPs etc.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage end-to-end execution and assist the Partner in capital markets transactions along with other projects

Draft and review offer documents, agreements and regulatory filings

Advise clients on ICDR, LODR, Companies Act and other applicable regulations

Liaise with clients, merchant bankers, regulators and other intermediaries

Conduct legal due diligence and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders

Mentor interns and contribute to knowledge sharing

Qualifications :

LL.B. from a recognised university

2+ year of relevant experience in capital markets with a minimum experience of managing 5 IPO transactions end to end on Mainboard

Strong knowledge of SEBI regulations, listing requirements and transaction documentation

Excellent drafting, communication and client-handling skills
