Planogram Analyst

TCS is hiring for JDA Space Planning role.

Qualification : - Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3) is mandatory.

Job Summary-

Responsible for developing and maintaining retail store floorplans using Relex, Blue Yonder, or AutoCAD to ensure efficient space utilization and accurate fixture and planogram placement. The role collaborates with category, visual merchandising, and store design teams to deliver customer-centric layouts that align with business strategies and design standards.

• Proficiency in planogramming tools JDA / BY
• Experience in Planogram Generator is an added advantage
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret large data
• Detail oriented with excellent time management and organizing skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Working knowledge of category management principles and Space planning KPIs
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications including Excel, Outlook and Word.
• Team management and project management skills.
• Experience in core retail operations
• Good Understanding of Space Planning - Planogram
• Experience in category management
• Good in MS office Suites
• Good Analyzing skills with ability to interpret large data set
