Job description

We are seeking an experienced SAP ISU Billing Consultant with a strong background in implementation projects. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in SAP ISU (Industry Solution for Utilities) in S / 4 HANA with a focus on billing processes. This role requires a deep understanding of utility billing, configuration, and integration with other SAP modules.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and participate in SAP ISU billing implementation projects from planning to go-live.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Configure SAP ISU billing components, including rate structures, billing cycles, and invoicing processes.
• Conduct gap analysis and provide solutions to meet business needs.
• Develop and execute test plans, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
• Provide training and support to end-users on SAP ISU billing functionalities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to billing processes and system performance.
• Stay updated with the latest SAP ISU enhancements and industry trends.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules (e.g., FI, MM, CRM).
• Prepare documentation, including functional specifications, process flows, and user manuals.
