We’re now expanding our operations and looking for a GeM Tender Executive to handle Government e-Marketplace (GeM) bidding, tender coordination, and client visits for our IT & OEM projects (including our Made-in-India hardware brand MaiPC)
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage GeM portal activities — tender search, documentation, bid preparation & submission.
- Coordinate with government departments for quotations, follow-ups, and compliance.
- Conduct on-site visits for meetings, clarifications, and tender-related documentation.
- Maintain bid records, communication logs, and reports.
- Collaborate with internal teams for pricing, product details, and proposal creation.
