Role Overview

The Key Account Manager will serve as the strategic lead for Corp Crunch’s key client accounts — driving growth, innovation, and performance through deep client partnerships and data-led media strategies. This role requires a hybrid of business acumen, digital media expertise, and leadership excellence. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience across programmatic advertising, native and branded content, UGC (user-generated content) campaigns, and cross-platform ad placements, while also managing a team and building long-term client success.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Account Management

Develop and execute comprehensive account growth strategies aligned with Corp Crunch’s objectives and client KPIs.

Design omnichannel media plans leveraging programmatic, native, influencer, and UGC-driven strategies.

Ensure alignment between content narratives, media placement, and brand messaging.

Oversee campaign planning, execution, and optimization for maximum performance and impact.

Translate client goals into measurable digital outcomes with consistent ROI reporting.

2. Team Leadership and Development

Lead, mentor, and coach a team of account managers and coordinators to deliver world-class client service.

Foster an environment of creativity, accountability, and continuous learning.

Oversee performance reviews, skills development plans, and goal alignment for team members.

Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, media buying, analytics, and strategy teams to ensure seamless execution.

3. Client Relations and Stakeholder Management

Act as the senior relationship manager and trusted advisor to executive-level stakeholders.

Anticipate client needs, proactively identify challenges, and propose data-driven solutions.

Conduct quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and performance updates with key clients.

Maintain high levels of retention, satisfaction, and advocacy across all strategic accounts.

4. Business Development and Growth Initiatives

Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and support the acquisition of new clients.

Collaborate with the sales and strategy teams to develop pitches, proposals, and tailored ad solutions.

Lead cross-selling initiatives for advanced Corp Crunch offerings, including AI-driven audience mapping and media intelligence products.

Contribute to overall business growth strategies, product roadmap feedback, and market expansion plans.

5. Financial Oversight and Performance Management

Manage and monitor revenue forecasts, account profitability, and media budgets.

Ensure effective and transparent financial tracking of campaign performance.

Support leadership with financial planning, forecasting, and client-level P&L reporting.

Optimize media mix allocations and advise clients on budget reallocation to achieve stronger performance outcomes.

6. Reporting, Analytics, and Insights

Deliver ongoing reporting, insights, and recommendations using performance dashboards and analytics tools.

Translate complex data into actionable business insights and strategic recommendations.

Stay ahead of evolving digital measurement frameworks, data privacy regulations, and media attribution models.

Partner with the analytics team to refine targeting models and audience segmentation for improved ROI.

7. Innovation and Market Intelligence

Stay at the forefront of emerging trends in programmatic media, native advertising, UGC, and AI-driven personalization.

Collaborate with product and innovation teams to pilot new ad formats and technology solutions.

Build relationships with key technology and media partners (DSPs, SSPs, content networks, influencer platforms).

Represent Corp Crunch at industry events, panels, and networking opportunities to strengthen the brand’s visibility and reputation.

8. Process Optimization and Internal Collaboration

Streamline internal account management processes and standardize best practices.

Collaborate with marketing, design, and data teams to ensure cross-functional efficiency.

Support leadership in developing scalable account management frameworks and automation workflows.

Contribute to building internal knowledge repositories, playbooks, and client onboarding systems.

Experience & Qualifications

7–10 years of experience in digital media, advertising, or strategic account management, preferably within a global or data-driven environment.

Strong understanding of programmatic ecosystems, native and branded content, UGC-driven media, and performance marketing.

Proven experience in strategic client management, cross-platform media planning, and digital performance optimization.

Demonstrated success managing multi-million-dollar portfolios and growing key accounts through innovation and client trust.

Proficiency with leading ad tech and analytics platforms (e.G., Google Ads Manager, The Trade Desk, DV360, Taboola, Outbrain, Meta Ads, Sprinklr, etc.).

Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to engage senior decision-makers.

Data-driven mindset with a balance of strategic thinking and operational execution.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Media, or related field.
