We are now ready for the launch of a new vertical focusing on Women Health and Wellness Products.

Our FMCG division, called "MaVi", is set to rapidly scale in the upcoming year, bringing innovation and high-quality wellness solutions to the market.

We are now looking for a dynamic, aggressive Lead Creative Designer who has the capability to translate the Vision into Action as we will be relying on digital and physical presence heavily.

Role Desciption

We are looking for a creative, passionate, and dedicated individual who can bring ideas to life through engaging visuals. The ideal candidate will be at the very lead of the digital and design vertical and should be capable of shooting, editing, and designing high-quality content for digital and print platforms .

The candidate will be responsible for producing social media content for brand MaVi as well as Dr. Manika Khanna personally. Along with this, they will work with the core leadership team to transform the vision into design for both digital and physical marketing.

The ideal candidate should have an intuition and creative bent of their own so they can work independently without excessive supervision.

Key Responsibilities :

Shoot and edit videos for marketing, social media, and promotional use.
Design creative materials such as posters, brochures, social media posts, and presentations.
Collaborate with the marketing and communication team to conceptualize visual ideas.
Manage projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery.
Work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining creativity and quality.

Required Skills :

Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, AfterEffects, CapCut or similar).

Strong command over Adobe Photoshop , CorelDraw , and other design tools.

Knowledge of color theory, layout design, and visual storytelling.

Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.

Motion Graphics, Colour Grading, AI for Editing

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines, while maintaining high-quality standards.

Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and create engaging, on-brand visual content.

Passion for visual content creation and storytelling.

Experience : 1–3 years (Freshers with strong portfolios are welcome)
