Position Overview :

Department : Enterprise IT / Infrastructure & Cloud Services

Role Summary :

To architect, design, and lead implementation of secure, scalable, and reliable enterprise IT solutions leveraging Microsoft 365, Azure, and on-premises infrastructure. The role ensures alignment between technology, security, and business strategy, driving modernization, automation, and operational excellence within the Microsoft ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities :

Microsoft 365 Architecture, Operations & Deployment

• Design, implement, optimize and Manage Microsoft 365 workloads — Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, Intune, and OneDrive
• Establish tenant governance, licensing strategy, and operational standards.
• Lead migrations from on-prem Exchange / legacy collaboration systems to Microsoft 365.
• Configure Conditional Access, MFA, and identity lifecycle management through Azure AD and Entra ID.
• Implement endpoint management policies using Intune and SCCM.
• Manage the Operations Support for the O365
