Key Responsibilities
- Warm Greeting and Inquiry Handling : Welcome parents and students, listen attentively to their concerns, and provide professional assistance.
- Information Management : Develop and maintain FAQs; ensure accurate and updated program, facility, and fee structure information.
- Program Familiarization : Gain in-depth knowledge of institute offerings (programs, curriculum, faculty, hostel facilities) and explain clearly to prospective students.
- Advocacy and Communication : Highlight the institute's unique strengths including success rates, coaching style, infrastructure, and student support.
- Financial Assistance and Fee Structure : Explain fee structure, scholarships, and financial aid; assist with paperwork and provide transparent information.
- Payment Handling : Collect payments, guide parents / guardians through payment processes, issue receipts, and maintain accurate payment records.
- Financial Aid Processing : Review aid applications, verify eligibility, coordinate with stakeholders, and maintain sponsorship communication and records.
