Desired Candidate :
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
At least 10+ years of experience in a leading role in Salesforce projects, 3+ years of experience in designing and implementing Salesforce solutions in complex environments.
Strong Salesforce solution design experience specifically in the Service cloud and Sales Cloud and the ability to work in an agile manner in order to turn around / develop Solution fast and effectively in a short period of time.
Proven experience of working in a fast paced environment, supporting the business in its adoption and progressing with solution design / build with sufficient control in place.
Skilled in Core Salesforce cloud configuration and customisation (Service and Sales), declarative and programmatic Salesforce tooling, and integrating with 3rd party systems.
Strong presentation, communication (written and verbal) skills, and problem solving skills.
Ensure defined Salesforce CRM architecture roadmap aligns with enterprise standards.
Analyze new requests and define non-functional requirements and create solution design and architecture.
Ability to communicate complex ideas in approachable terms tailored for varied audiences
Ability to independently identify experience challenges
Ability to lead other UX practitioners
Proven history of approachable, constructive relationships with UX practitioners, internal stakeholders, and customers
In-depth knowledge of the Customer Success Customer Support functions
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Familiar with Agile methodologies to manage and deliver projects efficiently and effectively
