We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive growth for TITO Films across ad films, branded content, digital films, and long-format storytelling.
The ideal candidate will be a go-getter who excels at identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, leading pitches, and ensuring seamless project execution from concept to delivery.
This role blends strategy, sales, creativity, and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities (KRA) :
- Drive business growth by identifying, pursuing, and converting new opportunities across brands, agencies, and production networks.
- Develop and maintain long-term partnerships with clients, agencies, and creative collaborators.
- Lead the entire pitch process from understanding briefs to creating treatments, decks, budgets, and delivering impactful presentations.
- Negotiate commercials and contracts confidently to close deals that align with company goals.
- Ensure smooth onboarding of clients and seamless transition of projects from sales to production teams.
- Collaborate with directors, producers, and creative teams to ensure project delivery meets creative vision, timelines, and budgets.
- Oversee project progress across pre-production, production, and post-production to ensure client satisfaction.
- Maintain updated credentials, reels, case studies, and decks to keep the companys profile market-ready.
- Identify and execute opportunities for upselling and cross-selling across existing client portfolios.
- Deliver an exceptional client experience by being proactive, solution-oriented, and consistently reliable.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.
- Represent the company at industry events, forums, and networking platforms to build visibility and relationships.
Required Skillsets :
Master's / Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Media, or a related field.3+ years of experience in Business Development, Client Servicing, or Sales within an Ad film, production house, or media agency.Proven ability to manage the full business cycle from lead generation to closure.Strong understanding of ad films, branded content, digital video production, and creative storytelling.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Ability to understand creative briefs and translate them into business opportunities.Strong project management and multitasking skills with attention to detail.Demonstrated ability to build trust-based relationships with clients and internal teams.Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and presentation tools.Self-motivated, target-driven, and adaptable to fast-paced creative environments.Preferred Skillsets :
