What is the role

WEH Ventures is looking to add a full-time member to its compact core (investment) team. We are looking for someone with 5-8 years of overall experience with 3-5 years as a founder and / or in investing. For the right individual, this is an opportunity to create impact across the spectrum of investing life-cycle with strong performance paving the way for significant advancement through the fund.

Who are you

• You are a curious, articulate, self-starter who has a keen interest in building out a career in venture.
• You have demonstrated an ability to take on challenges and to learn new things
• The ideal candidate would possess an Engineering Degree / MBA from a premier institution coupled with experience as a founder and / or investing experience

We are looking for :

The core expectation is to serve as a key part of the firm's investment function (from sourcing to the entire life cycle). Opportunities for impact extend to areas such as : building the fund's brand / thought leadership, contribute to LP reachout.
