Summary of position :

We are looking to hire a resource for the position of

Sales Administrator

in the APAC region. This role will support the Site Director - APAC by managing and assisting with sales and operational tasks. The individual will report directly to the Site Director - APAC.

Job Duties :

  • Assist with sales and pre-sales activities.
  • Manage sales and operational applications for the APAC region.
  • Support the Site Director - APAC in daily operations.

Skills :

  • Strong communication and excellent writing skills.
  • Generate reports and maintain accurate sales data in relevant applications.
  • Schedule meetings with prospects and participate in sales and pre-sales discussions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to generate leads.
  • Manage the sales pipeline effectively.
  • Collect and organize customer information.
  • Provide day-to-day operational support to the APAC sales team.
