Are you detail-oriented, organized, and ready to thrive in a fast-paced environment? We’re looking for a motivated Associate Processor to join our team and support key loan processing activities for the US Mortgage industry , from setup to final underwriting.
💼 What You’ll Be Doing :
- Process loans from application to underwriting
- Order and manage third-party documents (payoffs, insurance, credit supplements, MI, translations)
- Validate property profiles and manage documentation across platforms
- Collect and analyze documents for underwriting approval
- Resolve routine title issues and verify approval conditions
- Maintain workflow prioritization to meet closing timelines
- Communicate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth processing
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain quality standards
