Role Brief :

The Practice Leader Content and Commerce will own the growth of the practice including new offering development, solution assets, customer pitches & proposals for both proactive and reactive opportunities. The role needs strong technical expertise across various content and commerce platforms. S / he should also bring in strong consulting and customer interaction capabilities to engage key client stake holders to lead and drive overall solution and customer discussions for new opportunities.

Key Responsibilities :

• Define practice growth strategy
• New offerings and proposition development in line with market needs
• Envision and build new solutions for Agentic content and commerce services
• Build solution response for new opportunities and RFPs
• Lead technical discussions and presentations with customers
• Build enterprise architecture across CX ecosystem, including DAM, CMS, Commerce, Personalization, Campaigns and other integrated ecosystem components.
• Strong experience to transform vision into achievable technology roadmap and solutions across content, marketing and Commerce.
• Execute consulting and discovery engagements
• Drive solutions and POCs to support GTM motions
• Research new products and technologies to determine fit with the technology roadmap and customer needs
• Work closely with client partners and delivery teams to create new pipeline of opportunities.
