This is a senior sales role focused on direct end-customer selling in the US market. As a seasoned Business Development Lead , your goal is to acquire new logos and drive revenue growth.
- Develop territory & named-account plans for mid-market and Fortune 3000 end customers across various industries.
- Generate pipeline via outbound, ABM, and hyperscaler co-sell motions with OEMs.
- Run full-cycle sales : discovery, solutioning, proposal / RFP, commercial negotiation, and close.
- Leverage your expertise to convert beachheads into multi-tower programs.
- Maintain precise pipeline hygiene and forecasting.
Key Requirements :
DIRECT enterprise selling to end customers in the US, with existing senior buyer relationships.Proven wins in cloud, ERP, cybersecurity, application development, or digital workplace.Fluency in sales automation tools like Sales Navigator and Apollo.Success Metrics :
12-15 first-meetings / month (qualified)4-6 SQLs / month; 2-3 proposals / month$50-60M qualified pipeline / year; $10-15M closed revenue / year with 40% increase Y-YHealthy deal mix : $500K-$5M TCV, multi-tower attach within 2-3 quarters
