Job Summary :

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate

Life Planners

to join our dynamic team. As a Life Planner, you will guide clients through the process of selecting life insurance policies that best meet their needs, whether it's for income replacement, wealth transfer, estate planning, or legacy building.

This role involves both inbound and outbound client interactions, assessing customer needs, explaining policy options, and closing sales with empathy and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities :

Consult with clients to understand their financial needs and provide tailored life insurance solutions

Educate clients about the different types of life insurance products and investment products.

Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and company-provided sources

Maintain regular follow-ups with clients to build long-term relationships and ensure satisfaction

Participate in ongoing training and professional development sessions (Online)

Qualifications : Required :

High school diploma or equivalent

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Ethical and trustworthy, with a client-first mentality
