Responsibilities :

• Own production schedules — define timelines, track milestones, and ensure deliverables hit their mark across design, art, and engineering.
• Champion process efficiency — build and optimize agile workflows (sprints, stand-ups, retros) that keep the team focused and shipping smoothly.
• Bridge communication between creative and technical disciplines — ensuring clarity, alignment, and fast decision-making.
• Identify risks early — forecast roadblocks, manage dependencies, and develop contingency plans before issues become problems.
• Collaborate with Producers and Product Managers to balance creative ambition, technical constraints, and delivery goals.
• Report progress transparently — provide clear, data-driven updates to studio leadership, highlighting wins, challenges, and next steps.
• Drive continuous improvement — Support post-mortem analysis to improve production processes and workflows. Refine or improve production tools, task tracking, and documentation to scale efficiency across multiple projects.
