Description
We are looking for a motivated HR Recruiter to join our team. This role is ideal for freshers / entry-level candidates who are interested in building a career in Human Resources and Recruitment. The HR Recruiter will play a key role in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for candidates, helping us find the best talent to join our organization.
Responsibilities
- Source and attract candidates using various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates for open positions.
- Conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the role.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and recruitment status.
- Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies and employer branding initiatives.
- Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
Skills and Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed).Basic understanding of HR practices and employment laws in India.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.Skills Required
