Job description

Role : Salesforce Developer

Exp : 6-12 years : 18 to 36 LPA

Location : Hyderabad Work with Salesforce Data Cloud for data unification, segmentation, and activation across Salesforce ecosystem.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions.
  • Customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and other Salesforce

technologies.

  • Participate in the design, development, testing, and deployment of Salesforce solutions.
  • Configure and maintain Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, process builder, validation rules, Flows, and other declarative features.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce configuration, customization, and integration.
  • Keep up-to-date with Salesforce best practices, new features, and technologies.
  • Document technical solutions, processes, and procedures.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud, including data modeling, identity resolution, and real-time insights.

    • REQUIREMENTS :

  • 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
  • Knowledge of Salesforce platform features and capabilities
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce data modeling
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce security models, governor limits, and performance optimization techniques
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce APIs, web services, and integration patterns in Salesforce
  • Proven ability to design and implement complex workflows, triggers, and batch processes
  • Hands-on experience in Apex, SOQL and SOSL
  • Hands-on experience in JavaScript, CSS, and HTML
  • Mastery of Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Aura Components
  • Expertise in version control systems (i.e. Git)
  • Experience with Salesforce development tools such as Salesforce DX, Visual Studio Code, Salesforce CLI,

    • and / or other third-party DevOps tools and continuous integration.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written / verbal communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified App Builder, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I) are required and Platform II certification and JavaScript developer certifications are preferred.
  • Results-oriented and self-motivated
  • Ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

    • PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience with CRM Analytics or other analytics platforms integrated with Salesforce
  • Experience with JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular) and front-end development
  • Understanding of enterprise integration patterns and middleware technologies
  • Experience working in large, multifaceted, and matrixed organizations.
  • Experience within the media entertainment industry
  • Collaborative team player accustomed to working within and across groups.
  • Organized and detail-oriented with an ability to manage time effectively.
