About the Role

As Sr. Manager – Leasing Support , you will play a pivotal role in driving leasing success for the region by managing end-to-end lease execution and documentation processes. You will act as the key link between the business, clients, and internal teams to ensure seamless transaction management, faster turnaround, and exceptional client experience.

Key Responsibilities

Leasing Execution

• Partner with the Leasing team to achieve annual leasing and revenue targets for the region.
• Drive end-to-end leasing transactions — from RFP to client onboarding.
• Manage lease documentation including LOIs, Leave & License Agreements, and related legal paperwork.

Operational Excellence & Process Management

1. Projects : Change requests and handovers

2. Finance : Billing, payments, and term sheets

3. Legal : Agreements and addendums

4. Marketing : Tenant communication and marketing collateral

5. Asset Management : Underwriting and area validation
