About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced Automation Process Specialist to join our team. This key role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining control systems to ensure efficient operation of automated processes across various industries.

Main Responsibilities :

Design and Develop Control Systems : Utilize PLC, SCADA, DCS, or RTU systems to create process automation solutions that meet operational requirements.
Select and Specify Instrumentation : Choose flow, pressure, temperature, and level sensors for process control systems, ensuring accurate and reliable results.
Create System Diagrams : Develop control system diagrams, including P&ID, Functional Design Specifications, and Control Logic Diagrams, to facilitate system understanding and implementation.
Install, Calibrate, and Commission Systems : Oversee the installation, calibration, and commissioning of instrumentation systems to ensure they meet design specifications and industry standards.
Maintain and Troubleshoot Systems : Perform routine and corrective maintenance on control systems, troubleshooting hardware and software issues to minimize downtime.
Analyze and Improve Systems : Analyze existing systems and identify areas for automation improvements, energy savings, or process enhancements, providing fast and effective solutions to meet business needs.
Collaborate with Teams : Work closely with operations teams to identify and resolve system failures or process deviations, ensuring smooth system operation.
Lead and Support Projects : Manage timelines, budgets, and resources effectively for instrumentation and control-related projects, ensuring timely completion and successful outcomes.
