Human Resources (HR) Internship in Delhi

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Coordinate with candidates and internal team for interview processes and follow-ups.
• Support onboarding and exit formalities of employees and interns.
• Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and documentation.
• Assist in preparing HR documents such as offer letters, internship letters, and experience letters.
• Support attendance tracking, leave records, and basic payroll assistance.
• Handle internal HR communication and support day-to-day HR operations.
