Job Title : Unqork Configurator / Application Development Lead

Location : Hyderabad

About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced Unqork Application Development Lead to design, build, and optimize next-generation digital solutions.

In this role, you will lead the end-to-end development of Unqork applications, ensuring alignment with business objectives and seamless integration within the organization’s broader digital ecosystem.

You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders — including product managers, business analysts, and engineering teams — to deliver scalable, high-quality, and user-centric solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead Unqork application design and development, ensuring robust, efficient, and secure delivery.
  • Collaborate with business and technical teams to understand requirements, design workflows, and configure Unqork modules.
  • Integrate Unqork applications with APIs and enterprise systems, ensuring seamless data flow and system interoperability.
  • Maintain and enhance application quality through systematic testing, debugging, and adherence to best practices.
  • Document technical configurations, workflows, and releases to ensure transparency and maintainability.
  • Stay current on Unqork platform enhancements, adopting new features to drive performance and scalability.
  • Champion agile delivery practices, including sprint planning, code reviews, and iterative improvements.
  • Mentor and guide junior Unqork developers, fostering technical excellence and collaborative culture.

Required Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of hands-on Unqork experience, including at least 3 years in a lead or senior developer capacity.
  • Unqork Associate / Developer Certification (mandatory).
  • Strong understanding of application configuration, development lifecycle, and agile methodologies.
  • Proven experience working with REST APIs, system integrations, and enterprise-grade solutions.
  • Familiarity with Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence) for agile project management and documentation.
  • Working knowledge of modern front-end frameworks (React, Angular) and scripting languages (JavaScript or Python).
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills with high attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of working effectively across technical and business teams.
  • Highly self-driven, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

    • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Experience delivering low-code / no-code implementations in enterprise or financial domains.
  • Exposure to cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Understanding of data architecture, governance, and API security.
  • Experience in DevOps and CI / CD pipelines for application deployment.
