Role Description

We are seeking a Vice President of Sales to lead strategic sales initiatives, cultivate key client relationships, and drive revenue growth for the organization. The role involves overseeing sales operations, managing account portfolios, and developing business strategies in alignment with company goals. Tasks include mentoring the sales team, identifying new market opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Coimbatore.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Sales, Account Management, and Sales Management
• Strong skills in Sales Operations and developing effective strategies for sales execution
• Experience in driving Business Development efforts and identifying growth opportunities
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and decision-making abilities
• Prior experience in the real estate or related industries is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline; MBA preferred
