Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an HVAC Service Manager, located in Mumbai. The HVAC Service Manager will be responsible for overseeing the service operations, managing HVAC technicians, scheduling maintenance and repairs, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards, and providing excellent customer service. Additionally, the manager will analyze service reports, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing heat pumps and chiller's service operations and HVAC technicians
• Skills in scheduling, maintenance, and repair of heat pump systems
• Knowledge of safety and regulatory compliance standards
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in supervising and training staff
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
• Experience in the industrial heat pumps is a plus
