Job Description
We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist / Performance Marketer to develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies. This role involves managing SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content campaigns to boost brand visibility and drive engagement. Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping, and Performance Max).
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies across multiple channels (SEO, SEM, email, social media, content marketing).
- Conduct keyword research, write compelling ad copies, and perform A / B testing for campaign optimization.
- Monitor campaign performance and analyze key metrics like CTR, CPC, ROAS, and conversions.
- Optimize landing pages and user experience to improve campaign performance.
- Use tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Search Console to track and measure performance.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and algorithm updates in digital marketing and Google Ads.
- Prepare regular performance reports and present actionable insights to the team.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, with hands-on experience in managing Google Ads campaigns.Strong knowledge of paid search and display advertising strategies.Proficient in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and campaign tracking tools.Good understanding of SEO, social media marketing, and email marketing principles.Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.Google Ads Certification is a strong plus.Skills Required
