Roles and Responsibilities

• Source top talent through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking events.
• Screen resumes and cover letters to identify qualified candidates for open positions.
• Conduct initial phone or video interviews with potential hires to assess their skills and fit for the role.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule in-person or remote interviews with selected candidates.
• Follow up with applicants after interviews to ensure they are still interested in the position.
