Ship Management Executive

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Ship Management Executive located in Mumbai. The role involves overseeing day-to-day ship operations, ensuring compliance with maritime regulations, managing vessel maintenance schedules, coordinating with crews and suppliers, and supporting safety and efficiency in ship management. The Ship Management Executive will also be responsible for preparing operational reports and collaborating with internal teams to optimize performance.

Qualifications

Knowledge of maritime operations, ship management, and regulatory compliance

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

Experience in crew management and supplier coordination

Proficiency in preparing and analyzing operational and maintenance reports

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Familiarity with safety standards and efficiency practices in the shipping industry

Relevant certifications and maritime qualifications are advantageous

Bachelor's degree in Marine Engineering, Maritime Studies, or a related field
