Product Manager

Better Software is a product development studio that partners with entrepreneurs and enterprises to build and launch new initiatives from the ground up. We don’t just develop software — we help turn raw ideas into scalable, successful products.

We are looking for exceptional Product Managers who can work closely with founders and operate with the mindset of a builder, owner, and leader. This role goes far beyond a traditional PM position. You will effectively become the mini-CEO of the product you lead. You are expected to operate with :

1. Extreme Ownership

• At 0→1, there is no “my part” or “my feature.”
• You own the entire product — vision, execution, timelines, quality, communication, everything.
• You’ll work directly with design, engineering, marketing, and leadership to ensure the product ships effectively and efficiently.

4. Final Gatekeeper for Releases

You are responsible for testing, validating, and approving every release before it goes live. If the product breaks, the first question will be : “Did the PM review this?” You must use the product as a real user to find issues before others do.
