This is a leadership position in the data science group.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- He / She will be an integral part of the core group which will work towards the growth of the company.
- He / she will nurture a diverse team including a range of activities from hiring, guiding and evaluating performance.
- Leveraging thought leadership to design solutions that solve complex problems for customer, hence growing accounts.
- Within the client services space you would be required to deep dive into the customer's problem and identify use cases that could represent an opportunity to develop scalable and business ready data analytics platforms.
Mandated Skills :
Bachelor’s Degree (BE / BTech - CS) from Tier I / II universities like IIT’s / NIT’s and MBA from Top Tier B-schools (IIM) preferred.17+ years of overall experience with a minimum of 10+ years in analytics execution.Demonstrable leadership, superior problem solving and people management skills with an ability to blend creativity and logical thought to innovatively think through a problem and develop solutions.Experience owning P / L targets.Experience in providing strategic perspective / guidance on analytical solutions in relevant domains.Demonstrable sustained client relations management experience at a C-suite level or operated at a senior management level in the industry role.Should have experience working in any 2 amongst the sectors of CPG, Retail, Manufacturing and BFSI.Desired Skills :
Experience in influencing senior stakeholders, whether business or technical.Strong background in algorithms and data structures.10+ years of hands-on management experience.Process Improvement or Project Management experience.
