Position Overview :

The Associate Motion & Graphic Designer will be instrumental in producing high-quality, innovative visual content that aligns with our brand’s guidelines and objectives. This role demands a creative thinker with expertise in motion graphics and design, capable of managing multiple projects with varying deadlines.

Key Responsibilities :

Support to Operations & Product Teams : Closely collaborate with the Operations and Product teams to shape and design business content, ensuring it aligns with project requirements and brand standards.

Checklist and Template Management : Update and create new checklists to streamline project workflows. Regularly update and create brand business content according to preset templates, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand guidelines.

Template Updates : Proactively modify and enhance existing templates based on evolving brand requirements and feedback, maintaining a fresh and relevant approach to all branded materials.

Reporting Structure : Report directly to the Senior Designer, providing regular updates and receiving feedback to refine designs and strategies.

Qualifications :

Experience in Branding and Marketing : At least 2-3 years of experience working in an agency focused on branding and marketing design. Demonstrable success in creating compelling brand identities and marketing materials.

Proficiency in Design Software : Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Figma, Photoshop, and InDesign.

Portfolio Requirement : A strong portfolio that showcases a wide range of design and motion graphics projects, highlighting conceptual and execution skills.

Creativity and Innovation : Proven ability to think creatively and develop new design concepts, graphics, and layouts that effectively communicate and engage.

Visual Communication Skills : Excellent visual communication skills to translate complex information into visually engaging designs.
