Project Buyer (03 / 10 / 2025)

Position : Project Buyer

Reporting to : Sr Manager Sourcing and Purchase (GBO / CPS Business Unit)

Location : Manesar

Role priorities : Purchasing :

• To buy Project material and components fulfilling specifications with associated services in a planned and structured way in ERP to the lowest total cost and risks according to defined demands in our projects.
• Close co-ordination with another Project team for timely execution and highlighting risks and budget deviations wherever necessary.
• Arrange & Lead weekly / monthly meetings with major fabricators to discuss progress and other issues along with other project team.
• Make sure that purchases and deliveries are executed in line with project plans and fully support the progress of the projects.
• Together with the purchasing team develop and maintain the information platform of our suppliers and the products.
• Execute transport as order freight, packing list ,custom invoices
• Take care of project documentation internal / external in customer portal.
