Backed by leading investors, we are expanding rapidly across multiple cities.

Role Overview

We are looking for an Investor Relations & Compliance Associate to work directly with the Founder and play a key role in keeping our investor processes sharp, timely, and structured. This role is ideal for someone with a background in compliance or finance support (CA / CS firms, accounting firms, etc.) who also has strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft and send periodic investor updates and reports
• Maintain investor MIS, database, and records of shareholding / agreements
• Coordinate investor payouts and track execution with the accounts team
• Assist with MCA / RBI filings (FC-GPR, ROC forms, etc.) alongside our CA / CS partners
• Support fundraising documentation and investor communications as needed
• Handle investor queries professionally and promptly
• Build structured templates and processes for investor reporting and compliance
